Credits are our platform's virtual currency used to pay for AI image generation and other services. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits, for example, FluxKrea requires 8 credits to generate one image.

What's the difference between credit packages and subscriptions?

Credit packages are one-time purchases that allow you to generate images without a subscription. You only pay when you choose to buy more credits, with no recurring charges. Subscriptions are regular monthly or yearly plans that include feature access and bonus credits. They automatically renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.

Do credits expire?

Credits expire according to your subscription plan cycle. Monthly plan credits expire after 1 month, yearly plan credits expire after 1 year. We recommend using your credits within the validity period.

Can I purchase multiple credit packages?

Yes, you can purchase multiple credit packages. Each purchased credit's expiration time is calculated separately. When you use up all credits, the credit package will become inactive.

Can I buy credit packages without a subscription?

Yes, you can purchase credit packages without a subscription. They are separate from your subscription. You can use them to generate images without needing a subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on the 'My Subscription' page. Click the 'Manage' button next to your current subscription, and you will see the cancel button. Please note that your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. All payments are securely processed through Stripe to ensure your financial security.

Where can I view my current subscription and credits?

You can view your subscription and credits on the 'My Subscription' page. Click on your avatar and you will see the menu. All details including your subscription status, credit balance, and expiry dates will be displayed.

Do you allow NSFW content in your service?

No, we do not generate NSFW content. We do not support or encourage the generation of NSFW content. Please do not use our service for any purposes that violate our terms of service.
